Yes! We allow full refunds for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase. To be approved for a refund, you must fill out, complete, and submit our Refund Request form within 14 days or less of your initial purchase. In the form, you must specify what product(s) you would like a refund for and agree to all of the conditions.

Upon being approved for a refund, you will be legally obligated to delete any or all parts of any product(s) you’ve purchased from us that are included in the refund request. You can read our full Refund Policy here.

Our templates only work on the Showit Platform. A paid subscription is required for use beyond Showit's temporary free trial program. 

For Showit subscriptions that include a blog, you can easily connect the blog page templates to your Showit-affiliated WordPress account. However, our templates will not work with WordPress alone.

Yes! All elements of our Showit website templates are customizable. This includes everything from colors and fonts to layouts and entire page structures.

Absolutely! However, you must purchase a separate license for each website on which the template will be used. So, if you use a single template for multiple client websites, each client will need their own license.
